Once all three conditions are met, the eligible amount is transferred to your Stripe account on the next sweep (runs every 15 minutes).
Refunded, disputed, fraudulent, self-referred, and cancelled accounts are not commissionable. If the commission is still in the holding period, it's reversed before payout. If it's already been paid out, the amount is added to your clawback balance and netted off your next eligible payout.

Any customer who used one of your coupons and has an active, paying subscription in the current billing period. If they cancel during the 45-day holding window, their still-pending commissions are reversed; commissions that have already been paid out to you stay paid (cancellation alone is not a clawback — only refunds and disputes are).
No self-referrals. Referring your own clients on accounts you manage is fine, as long as the billing email differs and the client genuinely uses the product.
Your rate is based on your current active subscriber count, recalculated daily. If you drop below a tier threshold, future commissions reflect the lower rate — but past commissions are never adjusted.
